Portable AC & Cooling
Spot coolers, evaporative units and event climate control
What kind of AC units does PCS Rentals offer for rent?
PCS Rentals provides a wide range of portable AC units suitable for various spaces, from small offices to large industrial sites. The fleet includes spot coolers, water-cooled and air-cooled systems from 1 to 25 tons, powerful evaporative coolers, plus portable heaters, blower fans, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. If you’re not sure what fits your space, we’ll size it for you before you book.
How does the process of AC rental from PCS Rentals work?
Simply contact us with your specific needs and our team will guide you through the selection process. Once the equipment is selected, we deliver and set up the AC units at your location — and we pick everything up at the end of your rental on the agreed schedule.
How can PCS Rentals assist with my climate control needs at an event?
PCS Rentals offers both portable AC rental and air conditioning rentals, helping you maintain the ideal temperature for your event. Tents, outdoor receptions, vendor areas and equipment-heavy displays all cool differently, so we match capacity to your square footage and expected heat load.
Generators & Power
Sizing, distribution and temporary power for any load
Can I rent a generator from PCS Rentals for an outdoor event?

What types of generators are available for rent from PCS Rentals?
We offer a diverse range of power generator rentals, including industrial generator rental. Whether you need a generator for a small project or a large job site, we have you covered — from quiet 2,800 W inverter units for backyard events up to 230KVA towable diesel generators for full-site power, along with the cables, spider boxes, transformers and panels to distribute it safely.
Can PCS Rentals provide power solutions for large-scale events?
Yes, our power generator rental services cater to events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals and concerts. We handle the load calculation for stages, sound, lighting and vendor booths so nothing trips mid-event.
What power solutions does PCS Rentals offer for industrial sites?
PCS Rentals offers robust power generator rentals suitable for industrial sites, ensuring your operations can continue uninterrupted — whether that’s planned maintenance, a facility expansion or an unexpected outage during hurricane season.

Luxury, ADA and long-term restroom solutions
Does PCS Rentals offer restroom trailer rentals?

Rentals, Delivery & Service
Packages, coverage, quality, support and turnaround
What is included in your Power Cooling Sanitation rental package?
Our Power Cooling Sanitation rental package includes generator rental, AC rental and restroom trailer rental. It’s a comprehensive solution to cover your event’s power, cooling and sanitation needs from a single local vendor instead of three.
How quickly can PCS Rentals deliver rental equipment?

How energy-efficient are the generators and AC units from PCS Rentals?
PCS Rentals offers energy-efficient AC and generator units, reducing energy costs and minimizing environmental impact. Correct sizing matters just as much as the unit itself, which is why we calculate your load rather than guessing high.
Do PCS Rentals services cover the Tampa Bay area?
