- Who We Are
Getting to Know PCS Rentals
Three things keep a site, an event, or a facility running when permanent infrastructure isn’t available or isn’t enough. We deliver all three from one team.
Our Story
PCS Rentals began as a branch of Fiesta Solutions Event Rentals, built to serve local businesses that needed dependable equipment and cost-effective solutions in an industry that is notoriously hard to serve well.
The turning point came in 2020. As the pandemic reshaped how job sites, camps, and facilities operated, we saw demand for temporary power, cooling, and sanitation outpace what the market could supply. We expanded our portable generator, restroom, and cooling inventory to support campsites, new developments, and industrial facilities — and committed to bringing responsive, problem-solving service to an underserved industry.
What PCS Stands For
PCS stands for Power, Cooling and Sanitation — the three things that keep a site, an event, or a facility running when permanent infrastructure isn’t available or isn’t enough.
Instead of coordinating three different vendors, our clients get all three from one team, on one delivery, with one point of contact.
Where We're Based
PCS Rentals operates out of the heart of Tampa, with three main branches supporting our customers’ portable power, cooling, and sanitation needs across the region.

- The Fleet
What We Rent
Power, cooling, and sanitation — professionally maintained, correctly sized, and handled start to finish by our own crew.
Portable Power & Power Distribution
Electricity runs the world — and when the grid can’t reach your site, we bring it to you. Our professionally maintained diesel generator fleet ranges from 25 kW to 230 kW, sized for everything from a single trailer to a full industrial operation.
We also supply the distribution equipment that makes that power usable and safe on site: cables, spider boxes, transformers, and complete power distribution setups.
Portable Cooling & Climate Solutions
Florida heat doesn’t wait for your HVAC repair to finish. We rent spot coolers, portable evaporative fans, mobile HVAC units, and high-capacity cooling systems up to 25 tons.
Whether you’re spot-cooling a single work area, protecting temperature-sensitive assets during an emergency, or conditioning several thousand square feet of warehouse, tent, office, or production space, we handle it start to finish — delivery, installation, and pick-up included.
Portable Sanitation & Restroom Trailers
Clean facilities aren’t a nice-to-have; they’re a requirement for compliance, comfort, and morale.
Our climate-controlled restroom trailers include flushing toilets, running water, handwashing stations, and wide-access ramps, with ADA-compliant options available for events, job sites, remodels, festivals, and emergency response.
